Travis Tabron (Varials) Announces He’s Leaving The Band

*Effective immediately he’s left the band!*

Departures on the horizon as Travis Tabron of Varials has announced his immediate departure from the band. He’s citing that it’s no longer good for his mental wellbeing as the main reason behind his leaving. On the other hand, he’s left the door open for more music in the future and has assured fans of the band that the future is positive for the band.

The following statement was posted to Twitter.

“Hi everyone,

I’m sorry to say, but about a week ago I made the decision to step down from being in Varials. Unfortunately it was one of those things where no matter how much I loved what I was doing it was just simply becoming toxic to my mental health and well-being not only on tour, but while at home as well and taking too much of a toll on my overall happiness as a result. However in the last five years I’ve made memories I’ll never forget and friendships that will never break so don’t think for a second I regret any of my time in Varials. Big thank you to all the fans for making my experience with this band so insanely badass, I love you all!!! Big thank yoy to Sean, Mike, Mitch, James. Big thank you to the (new) Fearless Records team. Big thank you to Carl & Brad, and literally every single person that ever supported me in any way/ shape/ form during my time in Varials.

This is not the end for me musically, and it’s not the end for Varials either! I’m going to be pursuing a lot more different sounds and projects (maybe heavy?) in the future after I can decompress from this situation fully. Varials actually have something dropping today too so stay tuned.

Thank you for taking the time to read this, and try not to ask me too many questions because the wound is still pretty fresh for me. I love u guys.”

Varials also shared their own statement on Travis’ departure. You can read the statement below.

“Hello everyone,

An update on the band; Travis has decided to step down from being the vocalist of Varials. This band has become something that was no longer the best thing for him and his health and happiness. Absolutely no hard feelings, and we wish him the absolute best on all future endeavours. We’ve really done some crazy shit together and had some of the best experiences of our lives together. Memories we will never forget until the day we die and it truly wouldn’t have been the same without him.

Varials as a band has no means of stopping or slowing down. All current tours and things not announced yet are still happening and we hope to continue to get the support we have until this point.”

On the better news for the band, Varials have released a brand new music video for their video, ‘South Of One’ which also features Counterparts Brendan Murphy.

Ozzy Osbourne Diagnosed With Parkinson’s.

Ozzy Osbourne is in the midst of one of the most incredible comebacks in music. His record, ‘Ordinary Man’, which is his first new record in over ten years and set to be released on February 21st 2020. He’s already released a few tracks as well as gearing up for some dates playing with Marilyn Manson.

Today though, Ozzy has revealed that he’s been diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease, which greatly affects his nerves.

In an interview with Robin Roberts on Good Morning America, both Ozzy and his wife Sharon Osbourne opened up on the musician’s struggles and his diagnosis with his medical condition.

“It’s been terribly challenging for us all,” Osbourne told Roberts. “I did my last show New Year’s Eve at The Forum. Then I had a bad fall. I had to have surgery on my neck, which screwed all my nerves.”

“It’s PRKN 2,” Sharon says. “There’s so many different types of Parkinson’s; it’s not a death sentence by any stretch of the imagination, but it does affect certain nerves in your body. And it’s — it’s like you have a good day, a good day, and then a really bad day.”

Ozzy Osbourne postponed his world tour last year after he fell ill with a bout of Pneumonia as well as a bad fall. The musician rescheduled the tour in late 2019 and has stated he’s been on the mend since.

“Coming from a working-class background, I hate to let people down. I hate to not do my job,” said Osbourne. “And so when I see my wife goin’ to work, my kids goin’ to work, everybody’s doing — tryin’ to be helpful to me, that gets me down because I can’t contribute to my family, you know.”

“But you know, put it this way — I’m a lot better now than I was last February. I was in a shocking state.”

At the moment, however, what seems to be the greatest feat for Ozzy is letting down his fans.

“They’re my air, you know,” Osbourne says of his fans. “I feel better. I’ve owned up to the fact that I have – a case of Parkinson’s. And I just hope they hang on and they’re there for me because I need them. I wanna see my people, you know. It’s like I’m – I miss them so much.”

Ordinary Man is set to be released February 21st 2020.

All Time Low Release New Single, ‘Some Kind Of Disaster’

After a few days of teasing, All Time Low have now released their first single in their new era. ‘Some Kind Of Disaster’ is their first new music in over a year and featured overnight (January 20th), complete with a music video featuring a group therapy session.

On the single, Alex Gaskarth (Frontman) has said:

“The Young Renegades are no more… Reintroducing your favourite disaster, All Time Low. We took a step away for a minute- did some growing, did some soul searching, some healing… Now we’re back and ready to be all yours again, our battle scars worn proudly, and our hair looking better than ever. (it’s best if you just agree). We’ve missed you all so much and we’re so excited for what comes next. Feels like we’ve been keeping secrets from you for way too long… Been hard to keep our mouths shut, honestly. It’s a song and dance we’ve done a thousand times before, but this one feels extra-good. Besides, it’s never the same dance twice. Hope you dig this new song as much as we do… After all, it’s all for you.”

My Chemical Romance Officially Announce A UK Headlining Show

The pilgrimage for UK EMO’s will be official on June 22nd 2020, as that’s when My Chemical Romance will be making their official UK return!

At the beginning of the decade, My Chem sent the internet with the following cryptic tweet, featuring the union jack flag emoji.

They then followed that one week later with a video made up of tarot symbols, letters from the Theban symbols which spelt out ‘JUNE’ – but that was as far as it went.

Now though, My Chem has ceased with all the teasing! Because….. the band have announced they’re officially returning to the UK to play Milton Keynes Stadium on June 20th 2020

They’ve even got a short film to show everyone as well.

Tickets go on sale this Friday January 24th at 9.40 am via Ticketmaster and Gigs and Tours

Creeper Release Brand New Track, ‘Annabelle’.

Just when you thought we couldn’t get enough Creeper already, the band have released their second single from their upcoming record, ‘Sex, Death & The Infinite Void’.

The track, titled as ‘Annabelle’, premiered on BBC Radio 1 on January 19th 2020.

Check out the track below.

Now at the same time to me this resembles the old Creeper and the new itself. It’s a step forward in the lyrics, still being encased in the morbid which is trademark Creeper but with he combination of the concept of being pushed and pulled toward the mortal coils ‘Annabelle’ looks to be one track that’ll be as powerful as any Creeper have in their catalogue.

The band are heading out on tour supporting Babymetal next month before their headlining tour begins on April 12th 2020.

Here are the dates.

April 2020
