Attila have announced they have parted ways with their drummer, Bryan McClure following the allegations of sexual misconduct which have surfaced online.
McClure Joined in 2017 shortly after their former drummer Sean Heenan was removed from the band.
The band confirm via a statement the band have removed McClure where they refer to him as being a “touring member” and that they “do not condone his actions”.
“Over the last 4 years, Attila has been a three piece band. We were absolutely disgusted to learn of some recent events surrounding a touring member of the band, and earlier this week we parted ways with that member. We do not condone his actions, and we stand with the victims. We are deeply sorry to those affected and want nothing more than love and healing for them. – Fronz, Chris, & Kalan.”
The Allegations came to light initially via Twitter, from a user who describes the alleged abuse and assault.
It’s taken me two years to want to do this. I’m here to come clean about my abuse and assault by Bryan McClure the drummer of Attila. pic.twitter.com/rmFxefCx9S
A few days later, another alleged victim came forward again via Twitter, where they claim they were underage at the time the allegations began.
Back in 2017 i met attila. i was 16. i began talking to Bryan. attila was one of my favorite bands and i was just ecstatic to have someone i admired give me attention. i was 17 when he first asked me for nudes. i’ve heard allegations about fronz and i know how manipulative 1/?
that band is. they have no regard for age or soberity when it comes to women consenting. below i’ve posted screenshots. last time i called out Bryan was for making ableist comments on my snapchat and i was immediately shut down. i won’t let it happen again.
the last photo shows it was sent in 2018. i was 17 and that was bryan’s 21st birthday. our text exchanges went on for over a year. pic.twitter.com/0Rom0caSou
I’ve pushed aside how i felt for a long time about this because i’m so small compared to them i felt powerless. i tried to be his friend. but now that i see other girls are being harmed i can’t be quiet any longer. Bryan sexually manipulated me at 16-17 and will do it to others.
here’s a brief DM i sent explaining what had happened. Bryan would offer me drinks such as jameson when i was on their bus then he would kiss and grope me. i was 17. i was manipulated to not say anything for fear of my reputation. BRYAN IS A PEDOPHILE! pic.twitter.com/y4NXvsjefJ
Tigers Jaw have announced that they have signed to Hopeless Records as well as the release of their first single in three years, ‘Warn Me’.
These announcements comes with the news that they’ve finished recording their sixth full length record, which they have worked on with producer Will Yip.
Ben Walsh says:
“‘Warn Me’ is about being blindsided by something positive in your life. It’s that moment when you realize you normalized unhealthy relationships or behaviors. I’ve been hesitant in the past to write from a more positive point of view, but my entire personal life went through an upheaval a few years back and it inspired me to see things through a new lens.
“This was one of the first songs we worked on with Colin and Teddy, and feels like a perfect song to kick off this next chapter of our band. [Producer] Will Yip did such a great job of bringing out everyone’s musical personality in our performances. It’s a relentlessly driving but fun song, and I think it captures our live sound and energy really accurately.”
Milk Teeth have put out a request to their fans for footage to be included in their next videos.
The requests for the track ‘Sharks’ is one off their recently released self-titled record.
They explain:
“We hope you’re all keeping safe and well. We’ve missed you guys and we all have really enjoyed seeing you all experiencing the record in full for yourselves. We hope it’s provided some solace during testing times.
“With so much change going on across the world, we know the last few months haven’t been easy for anyone. We miss not being able to play shows and hang out and catch up with you guys, and not being able to share our album release in person has been really tough for us.
“To hopefully make up for it we want to do something creative with you guys. We want to create a music video for our single ‘Sharks’, by showcasing you all and the creative things you’ve been doing to pass the time. We need as many of you, your friends, your families, and even your pets to record a video of yourself enjoying the track, singing along, dancing, showcasing your talent, being creative or generally just anything else that has been keeping you busy over the past few months. Whatever you’ve got, we want to see it.”

Pope says: “‘Rise And Shine’ is a collection of songs that talk about where I’ve been and where I’m headed. My hope is that these songs help aid people into feeling every emotion they need to let out.”

Last week saw the release of Bring Me The Horizon’s eagerly awaited new single, ‘Parasite Eve’.
This however, is not the only piece of new music the band have been working on. There’s so much more that the band have said they’re going to release four records over the next year which will have a collective title in the form of ‘Post Human’.
Oli Sykes (Vocals) confirmed in an interview with NME where every EP they will release will range “from six to ten tracks each”.
Here’s what Sykes had to say on ‘Parasite Eve’.
“This song is going to be part of a record that has the same feel along with [last year’s single] ‘Ludens’. We’ve just been winging it and recording from lockdown, and now we’re going to make four different records over the next year and they’ll all share the name ‘Post Human’. They’ll each be tonally different with their own sound and mood. That’s one thing we’ve never really done. There’s often been an over-arching theme on our records, but the music has always felt like a collage. That’s cool and I like it, but sometimes you want a soundtrack for a certain occasion and emotion.
The idea behind ‘Post Human’ is looking at how we’ve stepped out of evolution and the food chain. If we can do that, then we can take responsibility for what we’ve done to the planet and become something better than what humans are right now.”
He then went onto to expand on what the idea behind the first of these four records will be.
“You know like on Lord On The Rings where they all sing a song before battle, knowing that they might die but they’re going got persevere and see how it goes? We’re trying to embody that. This first record is about hope and anger and feels like the sonic equivalent of a riot. We’re inviting people to find the solution with us.
It’s a demonstration to pull you in and get your back up. It’s a lot more aggressive than anything we’ve done for a while. The world doesn’t need light-hearted pop music right now – it needs anthems for anger. There’s so much to be pissed off about.”
At the time of writing, there’s no plan as to when the records will drop or specifically what tracks will appear on them, where Sykes says it’s very possible that they’ll write and release new material as they wish and in a reaction to global events as and when those events occour.
“What I’d like to do is to release tracks from each of these new records whenever it feels relevant and will resonate, rather than having to wait. When a moment hits me, the best thing I feel that I can do is write a song about it. It’s a very loose plan. If we want to collaborate with an electronic artist and drop that track whenever, then we will.”
More details of the ‘Post Human’ release will be available as they’re confirmed.
