Behemoth and Arch Enemy have announced that they are joining together for a co-headlining tour of the UK and Ireland in Autumn 2021.
They will play five dates at the end of September / Early October 2021. The shows will be Behemoth’s first to played in the UK since supporting Slipknot earlier in 2020 and Arch Enemy’s first since touring with Amon Amarth in 2019.
“After more than a year’s break from live music, we can think of no better homecoming to our beloved Legions than delivering to you a performance of new music and an event for the ages,” says Behemoth mainman Nergal. “The European Siege [is] a crushing combination of Carcass, Arch Enemy, and Behemoth. We also proudly present the uniquely brilliant, Unto Others who will warmly welcome you to this night of metal magic!”
“As we’ve been going through these troubled and challenging times lately, I think we all need something to look forward to. A reason to believe, right? Well.. this is it!” adds Arch Enemy’s Michael Amott, who coincidentally also played with Carcass for a time.
Tickets go on sale December 4th 2020.
