Today we’re introducing you to RØRY. This musician is behind some of the best best tracks, working with You Me At Six, All American Rejects, Circa Waves and more.
And her latest release? It’s pretty amazing!
The track is called ‘Uncomplicated’ which started as a comment on Avril Lavigne’s TikTok account and grew into an amazing cathartic experience which showcases RØRY’s excellence for storytelling.
Here’s what she had to say:
“The song idea started when I commented on Avril’s TikTok teaser for her new single ‘Bite Me’, and the comment got over 4,000 likes and loads of comments, so I figured I’d turn it into a song. The song then went viral and seemed to really connect with people. It’s about feeling old and lost, and missing the days you were an angsty teen because things were uncomplicated then, even though you didn’t know it.”
