Indiana’s Karma Kids have released “Falling,” a new single off their upcoming album ‘vibes. [part two]’, which serves as the companion to their recently released ‘vibes.’ which featured guest vocal appearances by Kellin Quinn (Sleeping With Sirens) and Alexandria Edington (ex-Native World).
Vocalist Jon Benjamin says, “‘Falling’ is a to-the-point, catchy track that is about trying to get your shit together when it feels like everything is crumbling around you.”
Of the upcoming album he adds, “vibes. [part two.] took our sound to the next level and I really dove into myself expressing how I would feel if the situations on the record that have happened to people close to me were happening to me.”
Emocore Quintet Karma Kids have announced their record, ‘Vibes’ is set to be released June 11th 2021 via Legend Recordings.
Quote from Karma Kids’ Jon Benjamin:“Nightmare is a dark track about forgetting who you are and harvesting the darkest corners of your consciousness into a power you can control. The first time I saw Kellin perform, Sleeping With Sirens was a relatively unknown band. Watching their exponential growth and Kellin’s growth as a musician left me with a specific sound I wanted to see out of a vocalist. Finally getting to work with him just made everything really come in full circle. I had a basic scratch track and he ran with it and fucking killed it!”
