Trash Boat have announced they’ve postponed their upcoming shows in Hull and York due to a positive covid test in their camp.

This comes after it was announced by the band that Tobi tested positive and thus, they canceled their shows in Huddersfield, Edinburgh, Liverpool and Stoke.

Currently they’re set to restart their tour in Sheffield on Wednesday.

At the time of writing, the band haven’t announced any rescheduled dates but I’ll keep you informed when the rescheduled tour dates are announced.

Biffy Clyro Postpone All Upcoming Tour Dates

Biffy Clyro have announced all of their upcoming touring dates have been postponed.

The band were set to play shows in September and October 2020 in the UK as well as Europe in October and November of 2020. They also had plans to tour Australia in January.

Biffy Clyro have posted a message to fans saying they were hoping to have new dates announced but that hasn’t been possible but will have news as soon as it becomes available.

“Unfortunately, we are postponing our UK/Eire, Europe and Australia tour dates due to COVID 19. We were hoping that we were going to be able to announce replacement shows, which is why we have waited so long to postpone them, but unfortunately with the current situation that has not been possible. We’ll have news for you and be out to see you as soon as we can. We love and miss you all, thanks for bearing with us – we’ll be back as soon as possible.”

There is some good news on the horizon though as the band will be released their upcoming record, ‘A Celebration Of Endings’ on August 14th 2020.

They will also be playing a livestream show in Glasgow on August 15th 2020.

2000 Tress Festival POSTPONED!

This sucks but safety has to be taken into account before everyone gets mad!

It’s been announced that the 2020 edition of the 2000 Trees Festival has been postponed.

Dates for the 2021 edition have been revealed at Upcote Farm, Cheltenham for 8th – 11th July.

Tickets which were purchased for this year’s event will be valid for next year.

A statement from the organizers can be found below:

“OK legends, it’s finally time to call it. We tried for as long as possible to stay optimistic & keep the dream alive but unfortunately, we’ve been forced to take the incredibly tough decision to postpone 2000trees until July 8th-10th 2021.  After 13 years, we really can’t comprehend a summer without 2000trees & we’re truly gutted.

The decision to postpone wasn’t taken lightly and is sincerely the last thing we wanted to do. We were still hopeful of going ahead until a few days ago.  However, it has become increasingly clear that the current situation isn’t going away anytime soon and the health & safety of our guests, staff & the wider community at large has to come first.

But never fear, we will come out the other side of this nightmare absolutely gagging for a party at Upcote Farm next year.  We promise to deliver you the most amazing edition of 2000trees ever in 2021!

The good news is, all tickets are now automatically valid for next year’s event and if you already have your ticket, you do not have to do anything to reserve your place at 2000trees 2021.  Your existing ticket is now your ticket to 2021.

For the full statement including details on refunds please see here.

We’ll be in touch soon with all the news on 2000trees 2021, but until then – stay home, stay safe & we look forward to partying with you in a field as soon as we can.

Love and (virtual) hugs from all at 2000trees.

Andy, Brendan, James, Mark, Rob & Si”
