Sunsetto Shares New Single & Video For ‘Too Fast’

Toronto-based singer, songwriter and producer sunsetto has shared his new single & video, “too fast.” Layering an indelible, haunting chorus over an acoustic hook, sunsetto explores the power of attraction with compelling lyrics like “probably should be cautious / but you make it hard to do.”

“‘Too Fast’ was inspired by the feeling of entering a new relationship and not wanting to take things slow because the vibe is so good,”
sunsetto explains. “I wrote the song with no music, I was just hitting my chest on a voice memo and Lenno (producer) built the track around that.”

Sunset Shares New Single & Video For ‘On the Side (FT. Calabasas)’

Right in time to close out the summer with a hit, Toronto-based singer, songwriter and producer sunsetto has released his latest single/video, “on the side (ft. Calabasas).

sunsetto elaborates on the genesis of the new single: “’on the side’ is meant to be a fun one. ‘If you find somebody new, keep me on the side” is something you never hear. I was thinking about love and possession, the metaphor about picking flowers, and popular sayings like ‘cuffing or claiming.’ I don’t know if the lyric is how I really feel, or how anyone really feels, but it’s fun and light. Like the way things feel at the start of a relationship.
