It’s back for another week! We have another roundup of ten music videos which have been recently released and they’re always some of my favourites! They’re not all within the same genre and they’re all different in some way or another so there’s a little something for everyone here but enough talk, let’s get down to things.
First up we have trippy vibes with Silverstein featuring Princess Nokia in ‘Madness’ which is taken off their new record, ‘A Beautiful Place To Drown’, released via UNFD. Think of it as the very best of things with things just taken to a whole new level with the visuals.
Seconds up and off a recent release of Derek Zanetti aka The Homeless Gospel Choir with ‘This Land Is Your Landfill’ which dropped via A-F Records / Hassle Records. Now though, the man has a new video for us in the form of the track, ‘Don’t Compare’. A little Folk Rock with one of the kindest and best people in rock.
Now, how about we move to a few quarantine video picks and to the Ska Punk’s Goldfinger? I’m quite interested in these quarantine videos to see what people can come up with but nevertheless, it’s fantastic to see so many different bands releasing their videos in this way. Check out this video for ‘Get What I Need’, which is taken from Goldfinger’s seventh studio record, ‘The Knife’ which is out now.
Keeping things in order for a two in a row style for the moment for our next video. Some bands have great ideas but then Coronavirus happened. Now, Super Whatevr have made a funny snapshot of a challenge set on themselves: making a music video while in social distancing.

Yungblud has a brand new video for his single, ‘Weird’ out into the world now. This was filmed whilst in isolation, adhering to Social Distancing where the musician’s being belted around everywhere and it’s such a good track as well!
Next, we’re moving across to Connecticut for something a little more alternative now as Lakeshorehave a new release which is the lead single from their 2017 debut EP, ’41’.
Guitarist Ben Lionetti has said:
“The song ‘History’ is our first single as a band, it was always a song that resonated deeply with us. So during this quarantine period we wanted to re-imagine it in a cool and fun way that still captures the deep emotion within the song.”
Moving back to the UK for our next video, we are going to a different kind of extreme and we have newcomers to the deathcore genre in Nottingham based band Azazel. Directed by the people over at Loki Films, i is the second track from the bank since their new vocalist, Tristan Hill came into the fold.
On the track ‘Cocoon’, the band have said:
“‘Cocoon’ is a transitional period, a time of waiting, growing, becoming something bigger. In the case of this song, it is a fictional story of a being which resides within the centre of the earth, waiting to rise up and just live, but for that to happen, life on earth as we know it would end. The song is a soundtrack of the creature’s slow movement towards the surface.”
Keeping things heavy for just another moment, Newcastle based up and comers have a video track off their debut record, ‘How Well Do You Really Know Yourself’ released into the world as of today.
The band might be unavailable to make a video at the moment so instead, the band have compiled some live footage from a headliner in their own hometown! Get ready for some Slow Motion High Octane energy!
It’s been a little quiet in the camp for the ex-Fearless Vampire Killers frontman Kier Kemp and his project, ‘Inklings’ but now he’s back with his band on the latest single, ‘Sertraline’.
On the track, Kier has said:
“I wrote this song about my ‘love affair’ with sertraline, which is an anti-anxiety drug. In 2017 I burned myself out and the result was GAD (Generalised Anxiety Disorder). It basically meant that my body started producing too many stress hormones and everything went haywire, after coming to terms with the fact that I wasn’t imminently dying doctors prescribed me sertraline. It made me better and now a few years on this song was almost a goodbye to it.”
And lastly, we have come to the group who are dominating at the moment, Pvris. the band have shared a brand new video for their single, ‘Gimme A Minute’ which sees the group embarking in the Science Fiction genre which blends 3D animation with live-action footage of the band. The track is taken off their upcoming record, ‘Use Me’ which was originally set to be released today but now due to circumstances beyond their control, it will be released July 10th 2020.

Now, Indie Punks The Front Bottoms released their sixth album, ‘Going Grey’ recently and now shared a music video from said album. Here’s ‘Peace Sign’.
Next, we’re showing a band who’s been out for a little while. Now LA deathcore greats Winds of Plague are back with a taste of a new album. Here’s Kings Of Carnage.
Still riding off their Eighth studio record, ‘Dead Reflection’, which is available via Rise Records Canadian rockers Silverstein have released a new single from that album, ‘Lost Positives’.
Looking forward to a band who’s been about for a while is Hollywood Undead. This track comes ahead of their fifth record titled ‘Five’. Check out ‘We Own The Night’. below.
Looking ahead to another band who has a record out, well today. This is off We Came As Romans album, ‘Cold Like War’ via Sharptone Records. Here’s Foreign Fire.
Next is a band who’s releasing their new record Via Hopeless Records. Now if you’re a fan of bands smashing up a lot of stuff then this music video by Super Whatevr is for you. Here’s For You.
Let’s move onto Chase Atlantic who have taken inspiration from various Anime’s. It’s amazing and beautiful and stunning! It’s off their self-titled album which is out now via Warner Bros Records. Check out Angeline below.
